"What is Intimacy" Workshop

This workshop will explore what true intimacy “is” and “what it is not”. Many have a distorted view of true intimacy. Most of us would equate intimacy with sex but the deepest level of intimacy is not about sex but about love.

All of our close relationships, marriages, and even our view towards God wraps around this important issue of “intimacy”. Who would benefit from this workshop? Everyone!

Most of us have experienced at some point in our life an unhealthy cycle. (patterns of life that keep repeating themselves). But rarely do we recognize them when they pop up or know what to do about them when they do.

Identifying and Breaking Unhealthy Cycles is a two day workshop that will help you recognize what unhealthy cycles looks like and how they can affect your life day to day. this workshop will also help you identify the strongholds that feed unhealthy cycles, then give you the tools needed to break the power of those cycles over your life.

Questions we will be addressing in this workshop:

Where did these cycles come from?
How do we know when we are caught in an unhealthy cycle?
What do I do when I know I am in an unhealthy cycle but can't seem to change?
Why do we stay in situations that we know are harmful to us?
